Service-Based Policy

As we provide on-site cleaning services, refunds are generally not offered once the service has been completed. However, we aim to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will assess the issue and may offer a re-clean or touch-up service where appropriate.
Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed.
  • A booking was charged but not fulfilled due to our error.

Refund approval is at our discretion after reviewing the case.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Cancellations

Processing of Refunds
